    At mile 3.3L on the Piney River, Rhea Springs Day Use Area is located on Watts Bar Reservoir. A bathhouse, 42 picnic tables, a 6'x35' fishing pier, a 20-space parking area, and a paved circle drive are all available at the site. The campsite is also pet-friendly.
