Annual Norris Day July 4th Celebration

The Annual Norris Day July 4th Celebration takes place on the 4th of July at Norris Square in Norris, Tennessee. This family friendly event includes a children's show of dogs, wheel barrow racing, water balloon tossing, and water ball battling.
